Mengutip dari blog salah satu admin dan akhirnya menemukan artikel yang lumayan bagus, dan.. Dalam bahasa Inggris.. :D

When my friend was passing the elephants, she suddenly stopped, confused by the huge creatures bounded by a small rope on their front legs. Elephants are not chained, is also not stable. It was obvious elephant can escape anytime of rope that binds the elephant. My friend asked the coach who is nearby, why large animals (elephant) was not trying to escape, but it is very easy to do an elephant.

"Well," said elephant trainer, "When the elephants were still very young and much smaller, we use the rope binding the elephant small size at age was enough to hold the elephant. When the elephants grows, the elephants are conditioned to believe that the elephant could not break away from that bond. Elephant is believed that the small rope can still hold them, so that the elephants were not ever try to break free."

My friend was amazed. This elephant can always break away from their bonds but because they believe that they can not, they remain silent. Elephants are stuck with what they believe.

Guys, like elephants, how many of us go through life depending on the belief that we can not do anything, just because we failed once before? We have grown more mature, at least have increased in age and life experiences. So let us try to repeat what we fear therefore, not to fail again, but to close the fear with success.
